Description Based on a true story about a strange group of people, 'ghosts from the netherworld of an Australian childhood', who are discovered by two young men in the wilds of Tasmania in 1939. Lost in time, this curious community steeped in its own history and traditions is initially a complete mystery to the modern Australians. But as the two cultures meet, those involved are drawn inextricably into a strange and tragic confrontation. Ranges from the Tasmanian wilderness to the ruins of Berlin in 1945.
