Description Headspace is a Performance Laboratory. A space for thinking, improvising, constructing, testing, discussing, discarding, repeating, layering, paring back and distilling. Headspace is ideas in motion.
For three weeks in June, four teams of artists in different stages of their careers took up residence in the theatre, the galleries and the studio to research and develop their artistic practice. Each team arrived with a series of investigative questions and some material they wanted to explore about interactive technologies and the live performing body, about different ways of seeing.
