Peter Goldsworthy has written a classic black comedy about the clash between Science and Religion embodied in the concept of cloning. Dr. Mara Fox brilliant research scientist is offered the chance to work at a private Queensland university run by a religious fundamentalist. Thinking that she is merely bringing back the Tasmanian tiger, her research leads her into a plot to resurrect a very famous religious figure. |
