Description Set in a small remote village in South Africa's Karoo Desert. The story revolves around an elderly Afrikaner widow Miss Helen. Based on the true story of Helen Martin, a gentle, eccentric sculptor from New Bethseda in South Africa. Interestingly naturalistic performances within a set strewn with stylised sculptural imagery.
