| Description |
A comedy that captures both the superficial glamour and the behind-the-scenes manipulation of the advertising world. At forty-two Col Anderson years for the respect he feels is his due and constantly points to his awards, which adorn the advertising agency where he works and which put it on its feet. But advertising looks towards the future not the past and Col is struggling to prove his ideas are still vibrant amidst a younger generation of 'creatives'. Interspersed with colourful, satiric commercials, The Adman takes a lively look at the politics and ethics of the advertising world and their consequences. |
