Description From the press release:

"You are invited to entre the world of Spookhouse. Not just a thriller set amidst monsters and horror and not just a drama about the family who live upstairs, but a surreal and disturbing combination of the two.

"Here the Spookhouse becomes a metaphor for the problems and fears of a family in a modern world where the facts of life are hard and ugly and even humour becomes a sharp edged tool for survival. This is a world which demands courage and determination form its inhabitants and Connie stakes everything on what she believes is the only way to provide any hope for her children's future.

"Sam, an inexperienced social worker, stumbles into Connie's life believing he can show her a better way but first he must learn to understand the rules of life in the Spookhouse.

"Welcome to the Spookhouse...Come on inside...If you dare."
