Description A theatrical cartoon written by Herbert Hodge (note: Herbert Hodge is the real name of playwright Buckley Roberts [a pseudonym], who wrote 'Where's That Bomb?'). "A Vulgar Spectacle in Six Scenes". Includes Dance, Song and Drama.

In this production the author has chosen the notorious theme of "bringing civilisation to the natives" in order to caricature the nature and essence of Capitalism, Private Property, and its accompanying forms of exploitation. He does so with the same penetrating veracity and pungent wit as in "Where's That Bomb?" and we have no doubt that our audiences will sense the basic truth underlying the many ironical and farcical situations presented in the play.

Repeat performances: 8 p.m. every Sunday in May 1939.
