Description |
The trials and tribulations of New York couple Jeff and Joan in short scenes, haunted by the demons of this couple's association. Along with the intrusive streams of chhildren that come to the door again and again for trick or treat, beasts, withces and ghosts of childhood memory and imagination come to life, airing unspoken desires and playfully usurping adult order. The result is a cubist protrait in which we see an ordinary American couple in a strange new light. |

Further Information |
The set was an extraordinary pile of things - boxes, utensils, appliances, junk, reaching to the lighting grid. Built by designer Jacqi Everitt and Ted Parritt it also had lights buried throughout to help with the 70 scene changes.
