					The Hobart Repertory Society with A Phoenix Too Frequent won first place, the Catherine Duncan Cup, at the Fifth Tasmanian Drama Festival.  In second place was the Canberra Repertory also with A Phoenix Too Frequent.  The regional award was won by the Devonport Repertory Theatre with Hello Out There and the special junior award was won by the Launceston Youth Players with Op-O-Me-Thumb.
