Description |
In a sweltering New Orleans tenement, newly-weds Stanley Kowalski and his young wife Stella revel in the simple things. All this changes with the unexpected arrival of Stellas older sister, the fading southern belle Blanche DuBois, who has more to hide than her refined and genteel manner suggests. While Blanche clings to her illusions of past granduer, simmering frustations and resentments esculate until the shocking truth finaly emerges. |
