| Description |
Far From Where explored the theme of exile as an existential metaphor for the individual exiled form the totality and fullness of life and whose core values have been lost; where there is a search for the heimat (homeland) that doesn't exist. ... Behind the production are two authors with their writings and personal histories of exile: Joseph Roth and James Joyce.
IRAA (Institute of Research on the Art of the Actor) was founded by Renato Cuocolo, in Rome in 1978. In its twelfth year, it had produced eight productions which have toured to 14 countries on 4 continents. |
