Description Art and Mr Ui are celebrity criminals hungry for the next big thing, while Dogsborough MP is getting a little too cosy with the grocery industry. Art and Mr Ui seize the opportunity to insinuate themselves into Dogsborough’s political institutions, bringing their criminal gang and their brutal tactics along with them. Soon, they have the whole city at their feet. When they’re done there, the whole world awaits.
