| Description | From February 21 to 29, the streets and waterfront of Wellington City are going to explode into action and excitement with the arrival of Lotto World Buskers '92. This special Fringe event will see 15 international street acts. Will run on weekdays at lunchtimes, late night Friday and Saturday mornings, at a variety of central city locations. In the railway station, at Midland Park, all over Manners Mall, in the new Civic Centre, Frank Kitts Park and Cuba Mall. | |||||
