In the performance, the cricket stumps are going to be three electric guitars so that the action of the sport, the ball hitting the guitars, will make a sound that will be modulated by a musician on a sythesizer. The bat is hollow with a radio mic in it, connected to a digital delay. So this extends the mic behind the stumps on the real cricket field" |
