Description |
"Fascination/seduction of technology. What does it promise - how do we speak this promise to ourselves - anxiety at not being logical, rational, objective enough. Excluding ourselves in our efforts towards objectivity, making a ritual control surveillance self-abuse. Technologies to multiply, re-create, replicate desires and pleasures, not as prosthetic promises of integration for the performance, we are interested in using the language of new electronic digitalised surveillance systems for rethinking the gendered body, the destabilised "identity"." |
