Description Powerful landscape, timeless songs, immediate stories. This installation created by Batjala artist Fiona Foley, combined with Heidrun Lohr's monochrome and colour photos, provides an evocative stage setting for two Anangu-Pitjantjatjara storytellers. Nura Ward and Nelli Patterson are senior law women and ambassadors for Anangu-Pitjantjatjara culture. These dynamic women recount tales of their lives, the pervasive influence of the land upon their lives, and their Tjukurpa*.
