| Description |
Scientifically speaking, sleep is simply a sequence of electrical states in the brain, yet one needs only to look at the complex social rituals, structures and taboos associated with sleep to see that is as much a cultural as a biological phenomenon. Short Dissertations on Sleep is a lyrical and philosophical performance-essay that integrates interviews, dance and narrative. |
