Description Page 8 is the story of how, as the eighth child of 12 living in a Mt Gravatt housing commission estate, David Page became Australia's answer to Michael Jackson. Little Davy Page was an all-singing, all-dancing sensation: at a tender age he appeared on "Countdown" and "The Paul Hogan Show" and his singles twice made it to the Top 10 until his voice broke. Then in his teenage years there were questions of sexuality until finally he became an award-winning composer for stage, television and film.
