Description "Eight Days looks at the theft of civil liberty, the transgression of basic human rights.... In 1992 Randy Weaver and his family were held siege in their home at Ruby Ridge by the Bureau of Alcohol Trade and Firearms. Randy was accused of dealing in illegal weapons and branded a white supremacist by the media. The events of this siege culminated in the deaths of a US Marshal, Randy Weaver's wife, Vicky and his son Sam.
