| Description |
The source of this text is the medieval fairy tale 'Je suis sang', which fantasises on the superstitious and contradictory fascination with blood as a symbol of heroic sacrifice and bodily shame. The message is that we are still imprisoned by our bodies and attitudes in that medieval attitude, lusting greedily after blood. |
