| Description |
Blue Angel is a performance work woven from real life seafarer stories and combined with an original Saxon poem, found in "The Exeter Book" called 'The Seafarer'. Human history was built on seafaring and yet we still turn a blind-eye to the sea. Today there are 1.2 million seafarers working worldwide. Every night there is a city of workers afloat on our oceans, delivering our consumer goods along a liquid highway to our doors. They are the most exploited workers on the planet and without them our Harvey Norman stores would be empty. Yet they are almost invisible to us, their dramatic stories |
