| Description |
This play won a prize in 1910, and was first performed at the old Shakespeare
Memorial Theatre, Stratford-upon-Avon. The basis of the plot is the legend of the Pied Piper of Hamelin, and the story has been picturesquely embroidered and amplified against an effective medieval setting. Mr. Peter Osborn will represent the Piper. |
