This work is' instigated by both artists investigating the spacial relationships between the viewer and time based perception. Three objects are involved; a chair, table and bed [...] The common objects are choreographed in movement, that is a performance of objects over a week, in which new perceptual relationships are formed in the interaction of viewer, male, female and physical world. The sight lines of the entire cat's cradle are stretched and monitored and displaced, day and night. Thus the bed begins, but six feet off the floor. |
