Zen Zen Zo Co-Artistic Directors Lynne Bradley and Simon Woods will shortly be creating a spectacular production of Shakespeare's famed final play, The Tempest, in Hong Kong with the senior students from West Island School. Directed by Lynne, with the lighting designed by Simon, they will be joined by Chinese designer Jonathan Wong. Full of magic and humour, this production will draw on Post-Colonial interpretations of the play, breathing new life into the ?Others? of the island ? Caliban, Ariel, and the dispossessed jesters ? to challenge the powers that be.
