Description Core Borders was made up of 4 pieces: End Up is an exploration of endings ?the end of a day, a story?s end, a tragic ending, The End. All good things come to an end ? the end of a dance, the end of a relationship, a season?s end, a false ending. The end ? is always the beginning of many things. Providence is a solo piece exploring the dancer's wish to integrate the two most important influences on him as an individual ? his traditions as a Singaporean Teochew (Chinese Traditional Opera) and his constant pursuit of Asian contemporary aesthetics.
