Two solos. "Borderlines" prizes open a finely tuned moment poised on the threshhold between one state and another; time is supspended, drawn out, snapped shut. What is the world inside this moment? "Tarkovsky's Horse" is a dance about standing. the vertical stance that makes us human. a stuttering dance, balanced between rising and falling, gravity and grace - flickering like a silent movie. |
