Berlin May 4th 1945. Three Hitler Youth boys hide deep in a drain beneath the city. Above them the devastation and horror of war has dwindled to random bursts of resistance and the dreaded terror of occupation. Only weeks ago it was all a game, but now time is up for three young lives whose remaining options are almost unfathomable. They promised it wouldn't come to this. |
