Set in New York in the 1960's Butterflies Are Free tells the story of Don Baker , who has been blind since birth .It addresses issues that blind people dealt with every day in the conservative '60's and the way blind people were perceived not just the way they really were.The play examines a person's capabilities and limitations. |
