| Description |
"An adaptiation of Tim Winton's novel about a young boy growing up in Subiaco, Western Australia."
This quintessentially Australian story is the passionate and hilarious tale of 12 year old Ort Flack trying to make sense of his crazy world. His dad's in a coma, his mum "has a bum like an angry mob" and a mysterious stranger's turned up to "help out". The kitchen cannisters are filled with diamonds instead of rice and a white cloud hovers over their house and lights up the sky. Why is Ort the only one who can see it? |
