Allegro Brillante (Balanchine) music by Tchaikovsky - a breathless display of classical ballet at ita finest; Les Lutins (The Goblins) (Kobborg - NZ premiere) - flirty and fun, two male dancers compete for the attention of a single female with increasingly daredevil moves; Satellites (Belton - world premiere) - includes electronic music, animation and kinetic sculpture integrated with the dance; Mattress Suite (Keigwin, NZ premiere) - created in New York 2003, made up of six scenes about love affairs; Megalopolis (Keigwin, NZ premiere) - encounter between formalism and club culture. |
