| Description |
In the summer of 1976, Charlie, made of a million pieces of bubble-gum, melted on the side of a pavement, coming home from an Alice Cooper concert. Lucky though, there were three strangers who dabbled in black magic, and took pity on Charlie. Scraped him off the floor with a pair of fish slicers, and started to dance… Particularly in the 1972 Steve Paxton style of contact improvisation. So what is it like to have three bubble-gum laden bodies doing contact improvisation? Exploring the phenomena of imagery – patterns, shapes and the collaborative possibilities of bodies (and bubble-gum). |
