Description Play revolves around the murderous activities of the Brewster sisters who dispose of 11 elderly gentlemen who go to the house in search of board and lodging. The motive, the ladies claim, is to give the gentlemen the same peace they witnessed on the face of their first lodger who accidentally died of a heart attack. They dispose of them by giving them a glass of wine mixed with a teaspoon of arsenic, the same quantity of strychnine and "a tiny pinch of cyanide".
