Description |
Miss Doris Fitton is producing ' Our Town ' by Thornton Wilder, at the Independent Theatre this evening. It is an interesting experiment," she says "No scenery, no properties, but the play is dressed in period costume, ranging from 1901 to 1912, with a modern commentator, in the person of Howard Craven, who plays mostly outside the proccenlum. Some of the actors go into the audience, and some ascend to the stage from the audience. |
