| Description |
A light-hearted comedy, telling of a debutante's mother's plots and counter-plots to ensure a successful season, and a successful marriage for her daughter, Jane. With gaiety and wit, and some keen observations on the London "season", the dialogue speeds to a happy conclusion, after an uproarious climax. |
