Description "A dramatised version of Mrs. Harriet Beecher Stowe's striking story of slave life", with "new scenes, mechanical effects, songs, dances, etc." Hosea Easton, who plays the lead, was "originally a slave in the Southern States, and is, besides, the original Uncle Tom as far as Australia is concerned". Little Eva played by Master Reg Stevens, son of company manager George Stevens.
