Frederick Ward's original Australian comedy "The Rat" was produced for the first time on any stage at the Playhouse on Monday by the Sydney University Dramatic Society, under the author's direction. The action of the comedy was quiet, but the characters were distinctly drawn, and Interest was fairly sustained until the last act. |
