Description A brand new stage adaptation of Thackeray's wickedly funny social satire on society and greed.

The alluring and ruthless Becky Sharp defies her impoverished background to claw her way up the social ladder. Meanwhile, her sentimental friend, Amelia, longs for caddish soldier George. As the two heroines make their way through the bawdy, tawdry glamour of Regency society --even paying a visit to the Battle of Waterloo - they encounter a delicious assortment of rogues, rakes, dandies and lecherous lords.
