Description The play opens with the main character Lois, whose mother has left her a seemingly useless legacy; a battered suitcase and costumes.
What Lois doesn?t know is the freedom the suitcase contains. She has been exploited by her immediate family and is so used to a colourless life, that at first she resists this world of make believe.
But when she tries them on ? Lolita, Loralei and Lucinda ? Lois is transformed.
Through anger, courage and imagination, Lois explores who her mother desired to be through these costumes. In the process, Lois?s own life begins to change.
