Created by Austrian playwright Karl Kraus during World War I The Last Days of Mankind was an 800 page play with more than 500 characters . It has been translated into contemporary English and brought to Australian stages by Austrian actor and Bruny Island resident Justus Neumann,who came to Australia from Vienna in 1987 says it is his contribution to the anti war effort. |
