The Young@Heart Chorus (you have to be at least 70 to join this choir) started life in a Massachusetts meal site for the elderly in the early 1980s...Twenty one years on from their first production, they maintain a hectic touring schedule. This production, Road to Heaven is set in a nursing home, and is an emotional rollercoaster ride from youth to old age through the music of artists including Bob Dylan, The Clash, Led Zeppelin and Elvis. |
