| Description | The story surrounds the deaf and blind proprietoress of a London cafe, "Madam Tic Tac", who cleverly hatches a plots with her "gang" to relieve certain sections of society of their worldly wealth. Her primary objective, so it seems, is to even up the score for the loss of her hearing and sight through some folk's carelessness - as she believes - whilst she was in hospital. ... Humour imparts reality to the story of crime, crime detection and action.
