Harold Raymond was performing (violin) at a young age in the Mid North towns of South Australia, around Peterborough, Black Rock and Orroroo, when he initially started to gather local performers into a travelling troupe. His troupe went on to travel interstate to Queensland and New South Wales before visiting Hoyleton again in 1948 and 1949, as recorded in the inscriptions on the Hoyleton stage doors. |
