Description The public is most respectfully informed that the theatre will be closed on Saturday evening next, and re-opened on the following Monday, Feb 21st, 1848, under the management of Mr Lazar who will have the honor of making his first appearance in Adelaide these five years. In soliciting the patronage of the public, the Manager trusts that, by an unremitting attention to the comforts and respectability of the establishment, to secure that support it will ever be his most anxious study to merit. All the available talent of this colony has been engaged, and every care and attention will be used in the selection of pieces and scenic arrangements. A laughable Comedietta entitled The Dancing Barber, a drama entitled Dominque the Possessed, popular song, dance and a Nigger Song are included in the program.
