| Description |
Set in 1850s colonial New Zealand, a prequel to SEEyD. InSalt also stands in its own right, telling the story of English couple Gabriel and Sara Plowright, who arrive in New Zealand in the 1850s. Sara has with her one of the latest technological developments, a camera. There are clashes with Maori over land and religion, fears about photography and a growing love story. |
