The play begins when astro-physicist Felix returns home on the death of his father. Emotionally unable to come to terms with his loss, Felix's predicament is compounded by his mother's announcement that she intends to remarry. For the confused Felix, the cosmos and quantum theories become child's play when faced with his mother's difficult, demanding personality.
