| Description |
The focus of THIRST is on the desires, or "thirsts" which are not always satisfied in modern life and which are numbed by alcohol. There are some undeniably positive effects of alcohol. It relaxes, it warms, it opens channels of communication and lubricates the social machine. It is the abuse of alcohol which THIRST attempts to challenge in the hope that young audiences will question their own relationship with drinking. |
