Heather is grappling with what it means to say sorry. Exhausting all her social capital, she’s been coerced in to a long and humiliating public display of regret by the unrelenting gods of PR. Now our audiences are peeling back the layers of a complex woman who is tired, but more importantly unapologetically self-revealing, allowing whoever interacts with her to see inherent hypocrisy that she displays. Apologia is a new experimental comedy by Enoch Mailangi, and an investigation into apology culture. |
