| Description |
It is mid-1970s and Malcolm McLaren launched that loud uncompromising band, the Sex Pistols and in doing so changed the look of pop music and fashion forever. McLaren led the Pistols by their pierced ears from Vivienne Westwood's East End shop to the famous Buckingham Palace interview. Living Yesterday Tomorrow is a guided tour through the glittering gutter life os music, fashion, film, advertising and art. In this solo presentation, McLaren takes a behind-the-scenes look at his work with the Pistols, Westwood, Stephen Spielberg, William Gibson, Madonna and Catherine Deneuve. He checks out his solo music projects, further spicing the mix with an entertaining array of original ideas, gossip and scintillating McLarenisms. Living Yesterday Tomorrow is Malcolm McLaren at his illuminating best - a cyber-lecture no-one should miss. |
