Description |
The concept of the show was developed from teachers' and parents' requests to help children understand the implicit "pretend" in television and to help distinguish between programs and commercials. In the program they are enrolled as a family and taken to a television studio to take part in the making of a commercial. While there the children are given a practical demonstration of video equipment and some of the ways it can used (special effects, stage lighting etc). Presented in Brisbane metropolitan schools from October 7 to November 26. |
