Play competition. The 3 adjudicators were Alex Hay, Leila Blake & Reid Douglas. Four plays were presented: 'Wilde's 'The Importance of Being Earnest', 'Billy Liar' by Keith Waterhouse & Willis Hall, 'Moby Dick Rehearsed' by Oson Welles and an Australian play by Marien Dreyer titled 'Bandicoot on a Burnt Ridge'.
